    Paid assessment

    The assessment outputs and a recommendation, which may be not to proceed

  3. STAGE 03

    Scoped pilot or build

    YOU RECEIVE

    The agreed software, with acceptance criteria set before work starts

  4. STAGE 04

    Handover and support

    YOU RECEIVE

    Documentation, access, operating responsibilities, and separately agreed support terms

HOW WE WORK

    Agree the measure first

    Define the workflow, baseline, and acceptance criteria before committing to a build.

  2. 02

    Work with your team

    Include the people who own the workflow and the engineers who will maintain it.

  3. 03

    Plan the handover

    Specify source access, documentation, operating responsibilities, and applicable third-party dependencies in the scope.
